I'm running a little late (who knows why) to go pick Nate up at the airport, so this is gonna be short and sweet!
Breakfast was a whole wheat English muffin with about 2 tsp of cherry preserves:
And a bowl of pumpkin pie yogurt with half an apple and a sprinkle of my mom's homemade granola!
Basically, this is 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1 packet of Truvia, a hefty sprinkle of cinnamon, 1/2 a honeycrisp apple, and about 1/4 cup of the granola...YUMMO!
